Journey UK could not fully function without our voluntary team. They help run small groups on our courses, minister at our events and help out in other ways. Some of them use our resources with individuals or run courses where they live.
All team members have gone through one or more of our courses and expected to continually seek God for further growth. We run a team weekend in January as well as other training opportunities. We encourage our team to be part of a local church where possible, building friendships where they can be real and honest. We also encourage them to have fun and do things that bring life and refreshment.
We have two paid employees: Louiz Nielsen, National Leader, and Ronell Melaku, part-time Administrator & Communications Coordinator.
Our board of trustees meet four times a year. We also have an annual staff & trustees two day retreat.
