Voluntary Team
Journey UK could not fully function without our voluntary team. They help run small groups on our courses, teach and minister at our events and help out in many other practical ways. Some of them use our resources with individuals or run courses where they live.
All team members have gone through one or more of our courses and are expected to continually seek God for further growth. Each year, we run a residential weekend away for our volunteer team members. The event provides an opportunity for training, fellowship and support. For Journey UK, the event is vital for team building and continues to be a source of encouragement for our team members. We encourage all our team to be part of a local church where possible, building friendships where they can be real and honest. We also encourage them to have fun and do things that bring life and refreshment.
Staff
We currently have one paid employee: Louiz Nielsen, National Leader.
Trustees
Our board of trustees meet four times a year. We also have an annual staff & trustees day.
